By accessing or using Sky Sign (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Sky Sign provides a platform for organizations to upload policy documents, assign them to staff members, and collect digital acknowledgements. The Service includes document management, user management, and compliance tracking features.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Free trials are available for new accounts. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all content uploaded to the Service. We do not access, share, or use your content except as necessary to provide the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: uploading malicious content, attempting to access other organizations' data, or using the Service for illegal purposes.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
