3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (backed by AWS infrastructure). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We implement row-level security to ensure strict data isolation between organizations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage).

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Acknowledgement records are retained indefinitely for audit compliance purposes. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
